Over time Bennett’s organisational structure has evolved but still retains a hands-on approach to projects with director involvement in every project. This focus sets Bennett apart from its competitors and allows it to repeatedly deliver for clients. Their supply chain is diverse and robust.

Bennett have built up strong relationships with partners over many years and ensures that delivery challenges on each project are matched by the skill sets within its extensive supply chain.

As a Gold member of the Irish Green Building Council, Bennett continuously strives to perform to best practice in all matters relating to sustainability. Bennett’s mission is to lessen the impact on the environment while improving standards of living and building new partnerships in the localities in which they operate.

Bennett projects

In recent months, Bennett have successfully achieved Practical Completion on a number of projects including the multi award-winning Exo Building, Ireland’s tallest office block, and on Printing House Square, a student accommodation facility for Trinity College Dublin.

Bennett are currently on site at the Camden Yard project on Kevin Street in Dublin for Westridge. This large mixed-use commercial and residential project includes the construction of nearly 60,000m2 of office space and 299 residential units together with a renewed public  park, cinema, library, and community space.

They also recently commenced on site for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, for the construction of their new expansion project, Project Connect, a 12,000m2 state of the art education and research building in Dublin City.

This new building will link to the building at 26 York Street (previously completed by Bennett), and will open up the spaces to 3,000 students and staff. Bennett continues to work on a number of social housing developments which, combined, will provide almost 300 residential units.

The company continues to grow their relationship with Primark, having this month achieved Practical Completion on their Belfast store and are due to commence on the fitout of Penneys’ new store in Dundrum in the next few weeks. In recent years, Bennett has delivered a number of large data centre facilities and is currently well advanced on data hall developments in Clonee and Grange Castle for global clients.

In London, Bennett are currently constructing several large high-density residential projects, including 9 Osier Way, London, consisting of 196 units, Winstanley Park consisting of 126 residential units and Travelodge Oval, a new 96 bedroom hotel.

They are also continuing to work on the Greenwich Millennium Village (GMV) development, delivering a further 306 residential units, this will bring the total number of residential units to over 600 delivered by Bennett under the GMV scheme.
